Our client has been successful in being awarded a brand new building in Paddington, multi-use, multi-occupancy, where they will commence with managing and maintaining the Landlord Systems/Assets and dependent on Occupiers this may extend to development of the contract to various Occupier spaces.
The building is 243,000sq ft, spanning 17 storey, with 2 basements: and they currently have a new opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join the team where you will be required to carry out the following duties:-
Will run Concept Evolution Helpdesk, PPM, Call Logging, Reporting, Finance, Admin and Manage Documents (Maintenance Manuals, Records, Drawings, Service Documents etc).
Your main duties will include:
Skills/Qualifications and Experience
- Ensuring the contract office runs smoothly and efficiently;
- Updating and entering information on to Concept Evolution
- Raising purchase orders;
- Document control;
- Responding to client queries;
- Completing time sheets;
- Monitoring absence levels;
- Liaising with HR and Payroll to ensure personnel records are kept up to date;
- Ad hoc office duties
You will be a confident and proactive communicator with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Work in an organised and efficient manner and able to prioritise your daily workload.
You will be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous administrative experience with FM and Building Maintenance and experience of using Concept Evolution would be advantageous.
Mon to Fri 08:00-17:00 / 09:00:18:00 (times to be agreed), and a starting salary from £28K -£35K plus holiday and other benefits.
