The PME ensures that new projects and current contracts are developed, planned and carried out efficiently ensuring full customer satisfaction throughout. The PME is the leader and is responsible for the day to day running of contracts. This includes; booking in works, organising engineers, dealing with clients, liaising with the works director and reacting to general daily client and project issues. They require an individual who is committed to the business, the projects in hand and has a flexible attitude to work as out of hours work may be required at times. Whilst not a direct line manager you are responsible for a large number of engineers and sub-contractors and will be expected to lead by example. You will be responsible for managing the projects for high end clients in and around London including a number of 5* hotels.
