Electrical Shift Leader

    • Fault finding on LV panels
    • HV switching once trained
    • Testing of electrical circuits
    • Ensuring that all plant, equipment, office and operational areas that are within our clients control are kept in a clean, tidy and serviceable state
    • Carry out and supervise others with PPMs on all M&E tasks
    • Carry out remedial tasks for all M&E remedials
    • Provide concise reports to line management and Service Desk where necessary
    • Carry out PPM’s on FCU’s and AHU’s
    • Ensure regular communication with service coordinators, supervisors, contract managers and where necessary client representatives at all times.
    • Write concise handover notes at the end of each shift
    • Carry out minor plumbing repairs
    • Carry out mechanical repairs
    • Adhere to and comply with procedures, policies and standards at all times.
    • Work on the sprinkler system
    • Work on the fire alarm system
    • Ensure all work undertaken is in accordance with risk assessments, and method statements
    • Where necessary write dynamic risk assessments
    • Perform lift entrainment duties once trained
    • Work on and supervise others working on all EL&P circuits in hospital
    • Carry out emergency light checks and remedials
    • Operate BMS system
    • Completion of company documentation in its entirety and in a timely manner
    • Maintain the professional representation of the company’s technical and ethical standards
    • Work in a safe manner with due regard to the environment and the safety of others
    • Comply with legislative requirements
    • Operates PDA in conjunction with latest training and instruction.
